The aim of the conference is to provide a forum
for exchange of knowledge in a high interdisciplinary
field and to bring together scientists working in academic
and applied research in the fields of solid state physics
and materials science for constructive interactions.
The topics to be covered are:
* Semiconductor physics and devices.
* Metal physics.
* Superconductivity.
* Thin films.
* Optoelectronic Materials.
* Solar Energy Materials and Devices.
* Magnetism and Magneto-optics.
* Crystallography and Amorphography.
* Polymer Physics.
* Spectroscopy and Optical Properties.
* Surface Physics.
Photonics and Optoelectronics have become dominant research fields in the last few decades. Their impact on basic as well as commercial areas is insurmountable. The purpose of this workshop is to appreciate and raise the awareness of these fields. This will be carried out by International lecturers and National Scientists and Engineers with the aim to bridge the gap between academic and industrial interests.
The conference and workshop language is English.
